PRIVATE WALKING TOURS:
Private tours are offered during our regular season — April through mid-November — although any private tours in October have to be booked no later than September 1 due to our heavy schedule during the Halloween season. The minimum number for a walking tour is 10 people ($220), even if your party has less people than that. After 10, each additional guest is $20 per person. A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and the remainder is due 7 days prior to the tour.
